(For Paintings, Prints, Digital Works & Commissioned Projects)
All paintings, limited‑edition prints, open‑edition prints, and digital works are offered subject to availability. Many pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind or produced in very limited quantities, and availability may change without notice.
Limited‑edition prints are produced in small, fixed quantities. Each print is signed, numbered, printed on archival paper, and accompanied by edition information. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints will be produced.
Open‑edition prints are not limited in quantity. They include a signature and date reproduced in the plate and are printed on archival materials.
All listed print sizes use standard, commercially available paper and mat dimensions.

Paintings may be created on stretched canvas or Masonite/HDF (hardboard) panels. Masonite and HDF have been used by artists since the late 1920s and remain stable, archival substrates.
Each Masonite panel receives four coats of acrylic gesso before painting begins, creating a sealed, durable surface that ensures strong adhesion and long‑term stability.
Custom artwork—including portraits, paintings, digital works, and large‑scale pieces—may be commissioned upon request. Because each project varies in complexity and technical requirements, all commissions are individually estimated.
Commissioned projects follow a three‑payment structure:
First one‑third payment: due before work begins
Second one‑third payment: due after concept work is completed
Up to three concepts or comprehensives will be provided
One concept must be approved before final work begins
Final one‑third payment: due prior to shipping or delivery
Work begins only after the first payment is received. Final artwork ships only after full payment has cleared.
Large‑scale digital prints are available in a wide range of sizes, from poster‑scale to full billboard installations. Each project is estimated individually based on size, environment, and technical requirements.
Materials are selected according to what is best suited for the installation site and environmental conditions.
Installation services are not provided, as requirements vary widely depending on materials, wall structure, and whether the piece is permanent or relocatable. However, Jaren will coordinate with your chosen installer or vendor to ensure the artwork is produced to the correct specifications.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Accepted payment methods include:
Visa
Mastercard
Debit cards
PayPal
Domestic checks
International payments via SWIFT wire transfer
No artwork ships until full payment has cleared.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for both domestic and international orders.
To provide an accurate shipping cost, the buyer must supply a full physical street address. A final invoice will then be issued that includes:
artwork cost
shipping cost
sales tax (if applicable)
Paintings and prints must be paid in full prior to shipping. Commissioned projects follow the three‑payment schedule described in Section 6. Shipping occurs only after the buyer approves the final invoice and full payment has cleared.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS, per buyer preference. Buyers may provide a FedEx account number for domestic or international shipments if they prefer charges billed directly to their account.
International shipments handled through FedEx include:
customs processing
VAT (if applicable)
door‑to‑door delivery
Artwork ships within 5 business days of bank confirmation that funds have cleared.
All sales are final.
If artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must notify Jaren within 7 days and provide digital photographs (JPG format) of the damage. FedEx requires JPG images uploaded to their system for claims processing; mailing physical photographs will delay the claim.
Once documentation is received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged.
All artwork, images, and digital files remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction rights. No image may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Jaren is open to creating digital artwork for use as NFTs; however, all NFT‑related projects must be conducted through established, reputable NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea, Rarible, Foundation, or other long‑standing platforms with a proven track record.
For the protection of both the artist and the buyer, the following policies apply:
NFTs are minted at the moment of purchase using a lazy‑minting process. This places the minting fee on the buyer and permanently records Jaren as the creator in the smart contract, ensuring accurate provenance and preserving the artist’s royalty on all future resales.
These policies are designed to ensure a fair, honest, and secure experience for both parties, prevent fraud, protect digital assets, and maintain a level playing field for legitimate collectors and clients.
